Gareth Gwynn is a prolific TV and radio writer. He also works as a presenter and radio producer. He’s part of the writing team for forthcoming S4C show The Tourist Trap, and wrote on the new Felicity Ward series for Radio 4, Appisodes. His Radio 4 sitcom Ankle Tag records its second series in September. He has been part of the writing teams for Top Gear, Have I Got News For You, S4C’s O’r Diwedd, The Now Show and The News Quiz on Radio 4 and the Radio Academy award-winning Here Be Dragons (BBC Radio Wales).

He has written and presented several documentaries for BBC Radio 4 including The Greatest Ever Faker in which he met, interviewed and spent time with a real-life convicted fraudster who was absolutely lovely. But then, that’s how they do it, isn’t it? He also writes and presents Radio Wales’s annual funny look back at the year’s news.

Gareth Gwynn has been writing with John-Luke Roberts since 2009 and in 2015 they devised and wrote the sitcom Bull for Gold. They’ve recently recorded a new radio sitcom starring award-winning stand up Tony Law for BBC Radio 4 and have a stack of scripts in development hither and yon.
